A REJECTED PSE submission may occur, or be requested. If this is the case, follow the below instructions.
A. Designer of Record:
- Contact the Office Engineer to request the project to be resubmitted.
- If APPROVED: The Office Engineer notifies the ProjectWise Team
- If NOT APPROVED: No action can be taken
B. Office Engineer:
- Notify the ProjectWise Administration team of the action requested through the internal portal and use the Modify/Create option.
C. ProjectWise Administration Team:
- Rename the PSE folder to “REJECTED PSE SUBMISSION”
- Remove the workflow. Setting the contents to READ ONLY
- Create a new PSE folder with required sub folders
- Respond to the original request, include the Plans Library Email group.
D. Designer of Record
- Make the changes as required.
- Change states on all documents.
- Complete project submission webform as if the project was never submitted.
