A REJECTED PSE submission may occur, or be requested.  If this is the case, follow the below instructions.

 

A.  Designer of Record:

  1. Contact the Office Engineer to request the project to be resubmitted.
    1. If APPROVED: The Office Engineer notifies the ProjectWise Team
    2. If NOT APPROVED:  No action can be taken

B.  Office Engineer:

  1. Notify the ProjectWise Administration team of the action requested through the internal portal and use the Modify/Create option.

C.  ProjectWise Administration Team:

  1. Rename the PSE folder to “REJECTED PSE SUBMISSION”
  2. Remove the workflow. Setting the contents to READ ONLY
  3. Create a new PSE folder with required sub folders
  4. Respond to the original request, include the Plans Library Email group.

D.  Designer of Record

  1. Make the changes as required.
  2. Change states on all documents.
  3. Complete project submission webform as if the project was never submitted.
