Issue
In some instances, Project Final Plans need to be resubmitted. Office Engineer Division requests to retain the original plans as submitted.
Explanation
When resubmitting projects, the design team was requesting final plan sheets to be reverted into the “Initial Delivery” state to be deleted. This, of course, would remove all history associated with the original submission. Office Engineer Division requests this information to be retained for auditing purposes.
Resolution
The final plans folder should be renamed to “Rejected Final Submission”. This naming should be standard for data mining purposes. Additionally, the PSE folder located in the final should be renamed to “Rejected Final PSE”. Remove all workflows from the existing folders and set the access control to read only. Drop a new Final Folder from the template containing all latest subfolders and access control. Notify the Lead engineer/requester of the change. No changes are permitted unless authorization from the Office Engineer Division is received by the ProjectWise Administrator.
