Instructions:
This demo assumes the user already has a Bentley account and is currently logged into ProjectWise Edge.
- Start ProjectWise Edge.
- Navigate to the document you wish to mark up.
- Choose the document by holding down the row and selecting check out.
- You will see a green progress bar appear as the document is being downloaded.
- Choose the document you checked out by holding down and selecting Open in.
- In the popup menu select Copy to Adobe Acrobat.
- Acrobat opens up.
- On the bottom, select the mark up tools icon .
- The mark up tools appear. To draw on the document, select the pen tool.
- Once you have completed your marks ups, select Done.
- To upload the document back into projectwise, open the share dialog.
- Select Open In …
- Choose Import with ProjectWise.
- ProjectWise Edge opens up. A dialog appears. On top right choose Update.
- To check in the document, hold down the document you modified a choose Check In.
- To View changes to the document, open it in read only mode.
- Choose the document by holding down the row and selecting Open In. Choose Copy to Adobe Acrobat.
