  1. All sheets located in the PSE (Final) Delivery folder must conform to the standard naming convention.  If sheets do not conform, rename them appropriately.  All sheets from every division must be in the ../Deliverables/PSE folder before proceeding to the next step. Do not use parenthesis around the JP number for the PSE or PSE Documentation documents.
  2. Highlight all documents in the ../Deliverables/Final folder and right-click > Change State… > Approve
  3. Place single PSE Supporting Documents into the ../Deliverables/PSE/PSE Documentation folder.
  4. Name the documents in the PSE Documentation folder to the following sequence.

Note: The documents listed are standardized by name and number.  All others can follow in no specific order, however, placing a number in front of the name is required as part of the ProjectWise naming convention.  The JP listed below is used for example only.

  • Standardized PSE Documents
    • 1-1234567 OE SUBMITTAL LETTER
    • 2-1234567 SPECIAL PROVISIONS
    • 3-1234567 ESTIMATE
  1. Once all documents required for the submittal are located in the ../Deliverables/PSE/PSE Documents folder, highlight all documents and right-click > Change State… > Approve
  2. Point your browser to the intranet website page for the final submission notification. Video Instructions: http://www.odot.org/wp_projectwise/pse-submission/
  3. Complete the form in its entirety.  For the JP Number, use all 7 digits in the following format: “12345-67”.  Once complete, click Submit.  The website will change to a white background showing a status confirmation message at the top.  If you sent wrong information, email the office services division or visit the plan section in OSD in person.
  4. Once the above process is complete, a plan delivery quality and control review will begin.
    • If during the review, items are found which do not meet the minimum standard, the person who submitted the project will be notified.  With the notification, specific details from the review will be included.  These items must be corrected prior to allowing the job to move through project delivery.
    • If during the review, any critical items are found to be incorrect, the project will be returned for a resubmission.  It will be returned to the person who submitted it and the specific details given as to the reason why.  All projects returned for a resubmittal, must be submitted through the same E-FORM Final PSE Delivery.  The plan delivery quality and control process will begin again once notification is received from the submitter.

Note: For a list of items that are reviewed during the quality control process, please visit the Introduction to Digital  Submission page.  Guidelines have been developed to provide support on decision making during the review process.  In the guidelines document, critical items are located at the top of the document and in red font.

    • Once the review of the project is complete and no additional corrections are needed, the project is continued through the delivery process and Office Engineer is notified of the project.
