Issue
The Office Services Division Users were not able to see documents in the PSE folder once the documents reached the “Current” State.
Explanation
Looking at the workflow “C_PSE-Document/PSE-Document” and under the “Current State” the “OSD Plan Managers” access group did not have the access rights to read/read. This prevented the Office Services Division user from reading documents in the PSE folder.
Resolution
The workflow was changed to allow Read/Read under the “Current” state for the “OSD Plan Managers” access group. This will allow the OSD users to read documents in the PSE folder once the documents have entered the “Current” state.
