Issue
The Office Engineer Users were not able to see documents in the PSE folder once the documents reached the “Current” State.
Explanation
Looking at the workflow “C_PSE-Document” and under the “Current State” the “OE Division Users” access list did not have the access rights to read/read. This prevented the Office Engineer user from reading documents in the PSE folder.
Resolution
The workflow was changed to allow Read/Read under the “Current” state for the “OE Division Users” access list. This will allow the OE users to read documents in the PSE folder once the documents have entered the “Current” state.
