 To determine if a project is up-to-date follow these steps.

I.        Compare the existing folder structure with the one in the current template

A.      Check Properties to see that the Job Piece number has been filled in so that data can populate from Oracle.

B.      See if there is a listed Work Type, if there is then use the Work Type for the Description under the General tab, otherwise blank out the Description field.

C.      Be sure that the project creator has been removed from the Participants list.

II.      Check that the Right-of-Way folder has a job piece number in place of the default JP00000-00

A.      Check Properties to see that the Job Piece is filled in the with parent project’s JP number

III.    In the parent (root) folder check the Resources tab

Roadway’s Folders

Workflow should include:

1. “Open-Close – Open access or close access”
2. “RDY – Design Review – Roadway’s Quality Assurance Workflow”
3. “Roadway – Standard”

Rendition Profile should include:

1. “Roadway B&W (multiple sheets)”
2. “Roadway B&W (single sheet)”
3. “Roadway Grayscale (multiple sheets)”
4. “Roadway Grayscale (single sheet)”
5. “Roadway X-Sections”
6. “Survey Data (multiple sheets)”
