When using MicroStation with ProjectWise file operations such as File > Save As, File > Open, and File > New will default to the folder structure on the ProjectWise server. This ensures that all files are properly checked in and out, all reference files are found, files are stored and backed up from the correct location, and the audit trail is maintained.
