ODOT users can create short cuts to their active projects and save them in their custom folder. This allows the user to see a listing of the projects they are currently involved with and quickly access the project files.
- Begin by expanding Custom Folders
- Right click on Personal Folders and Create
- Key in the name for your folder. My Active Projects has been used in the example. Add a description if desired and click OK to create the folder and dismiss the dialog box.
- Using the Division / County search, select the county where the project would be stored.
- Navigate to the project folder and drag and drop the folder into the personal folder that was created.
