A ODOT custom interface has been created along with interfaces for some of the specialty groups. Some attributes are used on more than one interface. These attributes contain Oracle information pertaining to the project. Additionally, editable attributes have been created specific to the specialty that can be assigned to the document. More on the Attributes and More Attributes tabs will be covered in the specialty group section.
ProjectWise Default Attribute Tab
All documents stored in ProjectWise have an assigned environment. A ProjectWise environment can store information (attributes) with the document. Attributes can be used when searching for a document and integrated information into MicroStation title blocks.
During the development of the Specialty Group ProjectWise folder structure, attributes were reviewed and additional ones were identified.
Interfaces have been created to display attributes specific to a Specialty Group’s needs. These Specialty Group interfaces make it easier for ODOT users to add and update pertinent attributes.
A standard interface has been created which shows project attributes pertinent to all users. Additional interfaces have been created for the following Specialty Groups
requiring more attributes.
