Whether you are graduating from a Technology Center with a degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design or graduating from one of the universities with a degree in Engineering, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation provides many career opportunities for it's employees.  Employees can reach their fullest potential and advance in their career. Roadway Design hires CADD Technicians and promotes within the organization. All of our design team leaders started out as a CADD operators and advanced as their skills and knowledge improved.
