WHAT IS THE STIP?The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is a financially constrained program which details the utilization of Oklahoma's federal and state transportation funds appropriated for regionally significant projects requiring federal action. It includes a list of priority transportation projects to be carried out in a four (4) year period. The purpose of the STIP is to educate the public on future transportation projects and to assure that federal funds are spent on projects selected from approved long range plans. The FFY 2015 - 2018 STIP was approved by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Adminstration (FTA) on December 12, 2014. The Approved Tribal TIP’s were received by ODOT on 08/01/2015 and are being posted for your review. The public will have until 09/14/2015 to make comment on a Tribal TIP by submitting an email to darnold@odot.org or by submitting your comment to ODOT STIP Coordinator, 200 N.E. 21st Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
