Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive design review of internal plan documents.

Provide cursory design review of external plan documents.

Consult and advise team leaders concerning internal and external plan reviews.

Provide supplemental human resource training.

Initiate, develop, and cultivate relationships with potential CADD employees.

Conduct and participate in on-site recuiting visits and job fairs.

Partner with Technology Center CADD instructors to develop civil engineering related course curriculum.

Assist in identifying and creating new construction plan policies and procedures.

Conduct normal design squad duties for any overflow projects as required by the Division Engineer.
