Issue
The Office Engineer moved documents to the state of “OE Awarded” in error. The Office Engineer could not revert them back.
Explanation
There is no existing provisions for the Office Engineer to revert documents back into the state of “OE Review Pending”. This was original to the design, however, it was learned during this issue there may be conditions where the Office Engineer will need to revert the plans.
Resolution
Modifications to the Rules Engine were made to allow the ProjectWise Administrator or Office Services Division to revert the plans back into the “OE Review Pending”. No modifications were made to the state access control. The Office Engineer will need to contact the Office Services Plan Section, or the ProjectWise Administrator, to revert the documents.
