Request for restoration of a document is outline in the ProjectWise File Recovery (link coming soon) workflow document located on the ODOT Website.
Such request will require the following:
- User submits Help Desk Ticket to the Help Desk
- Help Desk will coordinate the retrieval of the requested document with the ProjectWise Team and post the document in the Files Recovery Folder in ProjectWise
- Help Desk will notify the user that the document has been recovered and provide the user with the location of the recovered document.
- User will navigate to the File Recovery Folder and copy the document to the proper location in ProjectWise.
- The ProjectWise Administrator will remove recovered documents from the Recovery Folder after 72 hours.
