Opportunity for Public Comment

SUBJECT:

All interested persons are hereby given notice that the Oklahoma Department of Transportation has completed environmental review for the proposed improvement of US 169 from I-244 to 56th Street North in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The proposed improvement consists of the addition of a travel lane in each direction, paved inside shoulders and median barriers. All work will be done within the existing right-of-way. The environmental studies performed for this project did not identify any significant environmental impacts.
