The Oklahoma Department of Transportation will maintain and make available to interested persons a directory identifying all firms eligible to participate as DBEs in the program. In the listing for each firm, ODOT will include its name, address, phone number, and the types of work the firm has been certified to perform as a DBE. The directory will be updated on a monthly basis and provided to prequalified prime contractors with the Notice of Letting and to the public upon request.
