Issue
Accounts in ProjectWise are “single sign-on” compatible, however not federated with Bentley.
Resolution
ODOT is committed to improving data security and providing the best experience while using ProjectWise. Thus, ODOT is moving all accounts to login in with a federated Identity. ODOT will complete this task by July 1, 2021. Additionally, external accounts will also be encouraged to become federated in order to provide more security for the ProjectWise environment.

Steps
- Contact Bentley to begin process
- Contact OMES to begin process
- Federate using Azure AD with Bentley
- Test Federation
- Test auto account creation
- Move all ODOT Accounts to federated accounts
