The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is developing a new comprehensive Freight and Passenger Rail Plan to guide the state’s planning efforts for freight and passenger rail into one single coordinated effort. Issues of economy, mobility, safety, environmental sustainability and current and future needs of Oklahoma rail will be evaluated.
