BIDDING DISKS: ODOT IS NO LONGER ISSUING BIDDING DISKS. THE EBS AND DBELIST.BIN FILES CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THIS ODOT WEB SITE OR FROM THE OKLAHOMA PAGE ON BID EXPRESS.
EXPEDITE PROGRAM: CONTRACTORS WILL NEED TO UNINSTALL THEIR OLD VERSION OF EXPEDITE BID (5.3a) AND DOWNLOAD, AND INSTALL, THE NEWEST VERSION OF EXPEDITE BID (5.6b) AND USE THIS VERSION WHEN SUBMITTING THEIR BIDS.
SHORT FORM: ODOT NO LONGER MAILS THE NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS SHORT FORM. THIS SAME INFORMATION IS POSTED ON THE ODOT WEB SITE, WITH HARD COPIES ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT ODOT OFFICE ENGINEER DIVISION, ROOM 1-A4.
