Beginning with the April 2002 Letting, there will only be one (1) bid opening. That will be 10:30 A.M. on the Schedule date of the Letting. Bids will be opened at 10:30 A.M. and read at 11:00 A.M.
There has been a new file added to the E.B.S Projects on Letting Portion of the Web Page. This file will have an extension of EBL. This file will allow Contractors to download an Entire Letting, as opposed to one project at a time.
