ODOT Materials and Research Division’s Research & Implementation Branch annually solicits for new Research and/or Implementation Topic Statements (Research Ideas, Problem Statements,…) for consideration in selecting short and long-term activities of investigation, data collection, analysis, development, and demonstration for the Part 2 of the State Planning and Research Program for the next Federal fiscal year, which runs from October 1st through September 30th. The submission form is in PDF format.
To be considered for the next Federal fiscal year, problem statements should be submitted by November 30th of the current year.
