State Planning & Research (SP&R) Program - Part 2

Follow the "CONTINUE" link below to find a list of requests for proposals (RFPs) that have been issued by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Planning & Research Division. Proposals should evidence strong capabilities gained through extensive successful experience in relevant problem areas. Any institution or investigator interested in submitting a proposal(s) should make a thorough self-appraisal to determine whether or not it possesses the capability and experience necessary to ensure successful completion of the project.

Typically, requests for proposals are posted to this site in mid-February of each year.

Proposals are to be submitted in phases of one fiscal year or less.

For multi-phase proposals, two or more fiscal year(s), the deliverables and budget are to be specified for each phase/year with the final phase equal to one year or less.

Multi-year projects shall have:

• a separate budget sheet for each year
• a cumulative project budget sheet
• a project timeline.
