Salaries are Market Competitive: ODOT reviews
salaries regularly to stay competitive with local and regional salaries. If you are
performing well, you can expect promotions and pay increases each of your first
three (3) years.
Longevity Pay: Once you have been employed with ODOT for two
years, you will receive a longevity payment of $250. Thereafter, this is an annual payment which
increases every two years.
(Example: 12 years of service, employee receives $1250.)
ODOT offers a Signing Bonus when you come to work with us. You are
required to work one year or else refund the bonus.
